About Cailin

 

Cailin received her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from California Lutheran University. She is currently a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), working towards licensure in a private practice setting located in Westlake Village, CA. Cailin is working under the supervision of Debra Warner, M.S., L.M.F.T #82007. 

 

Cailin has worked in various clinical settings and has gained valuable experience working with diverse populations:

 

  • Cailin worked in an outpatient setting with California Lutheran Community Counseling Services helping individuals experiencing the following presenting problems: anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, intimate partner violence (IPV), life adjustments, marital problems/ divorce, etc. In addition, Cailin facilitated weekly group therapy sessions focusing on the topic of “Empowerment.”

 

  • Cailin has also spent time working with adolescents as a mentor. She has helped adolecents struggling with depression, anxiety, issues with family dynamics, difficulty with friendships/school dynamics, etc.

 

  • Cailin has gained experience working in co-ed adult residential treatment centers. There, Cailin worked with individuals experiencing suicidality, major depressive disorder, various anxiety disorders, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma/abuse, mood disorders, marital/relational problems, personality disorders, etc.
